🐾 Be a Responsible Pet Owner
Up to 2 well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome for $25 each per night—just let us know in advance. Please clean up after your pup and keep furniture pet-free unless covered with your own linens. No other animals allowed.

The primary guest must be 21+, stay the entire time, and take responsibility for the stay. Rate includes 2 guests; extras (up to 5 total) are $20/night and must be confirmed 24 hours before arrival. Max occupancy is firm at 5, and only those listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents must request approval before booking or are subject to cancellation. Families and kids are welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

RATE NOTES
Our nightly rate covers 1-3 guests. Additional guests (up to 5 total) are charged at $20 per person per night. Accurate headcount must be confirmed, with additional fees paid for, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 5.
We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.)
